Saigon

23 June

I spent the morning travelling to Saigon, then had a bit of a look around the area (and did some shopping) and then had a night food tour on the back of a motorbike.   Saigon is extremely busy and noisy, and just being out in the peak hour traffic is an experience in itself.

View from my hotel room – there was a bit of rain, which reduced the number of motorbikes somewhat.
Special pots for cooking two types of rice pancakes
Some of the food I tried
Grilling at the table.
I have now eaten frogs legs. Tastes like chicken.
We stopped for some night photos at a place in District 2 – next to the super busy District 1, but really quiet, almost deserted.
